here comes my newest submission :).
first I was going to add big bunch of 2d to it,
but then thought that it would be 2 chaotic :],
and I like it thisway better. original image is ~2400x3800px.
took 2 days to do :], max & photoshop
like usually. 8 PSD files, ~ 1 GB.
I'd be glad if you liked this :],
I'd like to hear comments 'n stuff,
favs would be nice :P...

Some parts of the image would probably be better unblurred but it's all good.

Typo is okay but the bottom of the piece seems a bit too empty, IMO. =\

its really great and better than I could do but if the render was more detailed and the brushing not as blurred, much sharper and with many more intricate bits I would love it. Clearly that was not your intention with this piece but I think you would be great at tying to make it more realistic in terms of detail like that. Great job overall tho, I think you were right about leaving out the 2d.
